The Al-Anon Family Groups are a fellowship of relatives and friends of alcoholics who share their experience, strength, and hope in order to solve their common problems. We believe alcoholism is a family illness and that changed attitudes can aid recovery.
Al-Anon is not allied with any sect, denomination, political entity, organization, or institution; does not engage in any controversy; neither endorses nor opposes any cause. There are no dues for membership. Al-Anon is self-supporting through its own voluntary contributions.
Al-Anon has but one purpose: to help families of alcoholics and addicts.

Getting connected and finding support are integral parts of getting and staying sober. Resources allow you to connect with groups and health services that may be able to help you along your journey towards a new life. Below we have given you lists of multiple 12 step fellowship meetings in your area, as well as health clinics for testing and needle exchange. Utilizing your resources can be the difference maker between getting well and staying sick. Feel free to contact us with any other resource, meeting or service opportunity along with further questions and listing requests, and we will do our best to make them accessible on our site.
Harm reduction sites and health clinics are a vital for addicts, ensuring they not only stay healthy but also that they stay safe. Because of the high rate of HIV and Hepatitis C in addicts, we also listed one of the only needle exchange programs in the state of Indiana so those who are not yet ready to join our way of life can lower the risk of transmitting disease. See below for these resources.
